BOOKING POLICY FOR THE APARTMENT

The prices for your stay in our Apartment are adjusted according to the days and period of your stay.

In order to make a reservation, a part of the total amount must be paid in advance, upon agreement, with a deposit in our bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE APARTMENT

If you cancel your reservation 21 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 30% of the cost of your stay.

If you do not show up at the hotel on the predetermined date, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your stay.

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your stay.

If you book for two days and stay one day, you will be charged for both days.

Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out untill 11:00.

Guests must respect the quiet hours which are between 15:00 and 18:00
